Speaker Katya Leidmane serves as the Executive Director of ERDA, a consulting company specializing in strategic human resources and employer branding. Katya’ s focus at ERDA is team development, client relations and execution of strategic projects. Before this role Katya has spent 20 years as a part of senior leadership teams in international companies, like Swedbank, GE Money Bank, Circle K, being responsible for People, Culture and Safety. Alongside her main responsibilities, Katya facilitated Leadership Development being an Inhouse Trainer and Coach for Leaders across Europe.
