Purpose- to expand the perception of the Value of Human Resources in Lithuania
Goals:
- To advocate the importance of the work with Human Resources
- To develop HR Professionals, upgrade their qualifications
- To collect information and knowledge in Human Recourses Management and share it among the organizations
- To take part in legal regulation of Human Resources related issues.
Membership in PVPA is beneficial because it provides the opportunity to:
- Influence Employer when solving important issues
- Upgrade qualifications in Human Resources Management through training
- Communicate, share the information and experience with the members of the Association and also with the members of similar organizations in other countries.
MEMBERSHIP:
both private and legal persons could be the members of PVPA if they take part in the activities of the Association and pay the Yearly Membership Fee.
